2. Pay for car rental + deposit
3. Check the car and note any damage to the car
4. Explain the necessary requirements and answer your questions

Return at Vienna Airport (Schwechat)
When returning the vehicle at Schwechat Airport, we ask customers to use the arrivals parking lot marked Kurzparkplatz K3 (the same parking lot as when picking up the vehicle).
This solution is chosen due to limited parking directly in front of the departure hall.
Refueling the car upon return
The vehicle must be returned with a full tank, with a maximum limit since the last refueling of 15 km.
We ask customers to keep the refueling receipt, which may be requested by the employee for inspection upon return of the vehicle.
Pick-up/return outside opening hours
Outside opening hours, we only hand over the car after prior agreement and at the agreed time.
Therefore, please respect the exact time of pick-up and return of the car. If you arrive at the branch or designated location earlier, we will probably not be there and will arrive at the exact time.
